    Complained that his visor was still misting up after fitting the insert and
    turned out he was riding on with the protective wrapper still in. To be fair
    I think Bear said that it was a close call and had the guy actually crashed
    as a result then he would probably have got one.

    sold a helmet with a defective visor deserves one too, for not reading
    the protective film[1] which clearly states "Warning, Be sure to remove
    this film before riding". It took the sappy **** three weeks before he
    complained that he was having difficulty seeing where he was going.
