Another Good Man "Gone"

There seems to be a "determined" little group of fools on this newsgroup,
who have reasoned amongst themselves that THEY are a majority.. Last account
I had was something like six of them, maybe seven..

Another GOOD biker has become so completely disgusted by this sniveling
group of phony bastards, he has elected to walk away, again.. Mike Alvey is
a man who has contributed to motorcyclists than this entire collection of
    misfits and wannabe's..

Mike has been persuaded to contribute on this group, yet again.. Over the
years.. he's sort of lurked on this group and seldom posts anything other
than an occasional one liner.. For the past several weeks, he has posted
regularly and greatly enhanced the quality of dicussions with information
and comments that are constructive..Thanks Mike.. For the ones who haven't
had the privilege of meeting Mike Alvey, it's your loss.. he represents the
best image of what a Biker is all about..

This "self described" EOB group seems to be threatened by me.. hmmm.. wonder
why ? Since Mike walked away, in disgust with this group of phonies,
yesterday, I've thought about it.. Might be the answer to the "wonder why"
is found in their own posts and comments..

This group is threatened by anyone who resembles anything resembling a
biker.. They've all got security issues and a fear that they'll be exposed
as counterfeit Wannabe's.. Amongst the six or seven, this EOB group, there
isn't a one of them who even understands the brotherhood and fellowship
    amongst genuine Biker's ..

The common thread amongst this bunch is to "chat" with each other.. Some
have even gone to the extent of trying to create "chat rooms" or whatever
you call it.. I think the longest lasting enterprise has been about six
months before it crashed an burned.. The sanitized version of a so called
Bikers chat room or newsgroup just wasn't the success which they
visualized..That's because this group of Posers don't understand what Bikers
are all about..How could they, they've never been exposed to Bikers, other
    than their own kind..

The combined characters of this group is an illusion .. As a group on a
newsgroup, these anonymous idiots will quickly come together and attack
anyone who they perceive as a "threat" to their phony little image that they
    impress each other with..

Those attacks will include wives, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers or
anyone else who they believe is connected with the one who threatens them..
Reaction to those attacks usually consist of declarations of indignation at
such behavior.. Exposure of their phony images are definitely met with
outrage.. Examples are scattered throughout the archived threads in the
Google tx.motorcycles search engines.. Bottom line is, this group isn't
interested in the tx.motorcycles best interests.. they are mostly
entertained by their fabricated images of Wannabe Bikers..

Another poster asked a direct question to one of them, and in usual
responsive reaction, he commenced dancing all over Texas .. never did answer
the question..When I declared that the answer is on my hard drive, and
offered to make it available, the one asking and the one asked,
disappeared.. What's up with that kind of behavior ? I'd surmise that the
one asking wasn't sincere, otherwise he'd have responded to me.. My offer to
produce the product was unexpected and not planned for.. He left.. The one
asked the question, had not thought that I might have saved that little
missile of insight to his low life character.. He disappeared like the phony
    coward that he is..

Well , this little bunch who features themselves as a "majority" on this
newsgroup has "run off" another substantial brother of the genuine biker
family.. Mike Alvey will be missed.. I'm sorry to see him leave this
group..His input is worth more in thirty minutes than this detestible group
of misfits could collectively contribute in a month..or year..

With the assurance that I'll be accused of cowardly attacking this bunch
again, and again.. like Mike said "Ya'll ain't worth the trouble".. There
are enough on this newsgroup who ARE worth the trouble and I value their
friendship too much for you trashy idiots to "run me off".. If that is your
intent, you are wasting your time and effort.. You will continue to feel
threatened by the presence of this old biker, as long as you continue with
    your juvenile and counterfeit bullshit..

Thanks for the kind words, my friend.. Yeah I got 'er all cleaned up and
need to do it again.. I usually wax mine after I clean it with Simple
Green.. Even though I don't use it on paint, I make sure with a good wax
job.. LOL.. it works good, don't it.?? Did you get those forks serviced, yet
? I think I will have that in my budget next month.. but .. I did get that
damn speedo fixed.. LOL.. Now I can tell almost how fast I am going and how
far I've been..That helps.. Regards to everyone.. OK

It is a degreaser detergent.. Simple Green is sold at Home Depot. Wal-Mart
and stores like that.. I buy it in gallon containers .. cheaper that way..
The stores like Pep-Boys and Auto Zone sell it, but I think it is too high
and they don't have the larger containers .. It's good stuff, but I don't
    trust it on paint..

The beauty of the stuff is that it actually does work good on chrome..I
don't scrub mine.. I just spray it on and let it soak.. then rinse it off..
    It's good stuff..Good luck..

Simply Green is also biodegradable, which is a big plus.

You may have to scrub a bit if the stuff is really caked on. I use it
to get road grime off the bike and it works pretty good. Of course, I
don't mind taking a brush to it for a few moments, either.

Best trick I ever heard with spokes was to spray 'em down with
something and then take a strip of cloth (like from an old t-shirt)
and wrap it around the spoke so that you have two "tails" to hold onto
with one wrap around the spoke. Then shimmy it back and forth as you
travel along the spoke. Works fairly well from what I understand.
Either that or get some of that stuff where you don't have to scrub at
    all.

I have mags, though...and aside from my rotors getting in the way they
    are quite easy to clean.

We keep telling bill to put the shiney side of the foil outward when
lining his hats. That helps quiet the voices in his head. He gets it
backwards and the voices keep getting louder.

SG also strips the wax, so be sur eto rewax each time you use it to
protect the paint. Be careful with it though. Some studies have found it
    corrosive to aluminum.

Finally decided you'd get mixed in with some more foolishness .. huh Mark.?
hmm.. That's fine.. I've given you more credit than you deserve.. Actually..
I thought that your usenet masonic experience had, at least influenced you
    just a little.. Guess not..

OK.. your little re-introductory post about your visit to Iraq was
impressive.. however .. from past experience, I would wonder if that was
similar to your claims of Masonic affiliation.. hmmm.. Seems like those
claims were to enhance your claims of credibility and character, which are
both badly flawed.. When you were exposed as a Clandestine or usenet mason,
you chose to ignore any furthur questions or allusions to those phony claims
by declaring that Masonic authorities had advised you against doing so..

The little discreet "blindside" attacks today only confirm that you are not
what you would like to project...

The participators on this newsgroup are not quite the same as before, Mark..
Maybe you haven't noticed that.. I don't believe your tactics will impress
these guys like others.. I don't think that the actions of you and your
little group of supporters will be tolerated by any of them..

Don't be misled by another good man, Mike Alvey's leaving this group in
disgust with all of you.. He has done what he feels he must.. You are
amongst some real Bikers in this group, now.. not a bunch of posers and
    phony Wannabes..

Knock off your silly bullshit and you will be respected.. otherwise, this
might not be a very good experience.. These guys don't get disgusted and
take off, they'll get disgusted and give you a piece of their minds..I don't
really care one way or the other, Mark.. I hold my own as I have done before
with your crew.. Just a word to the wise..

Probably didn't hurt anything.. under those circumstances.. To be sure about
it, I'd do a little wax job .. Don't take but just a few minutes and it is
better to be safe than sorry.. Maybe Jailcall will come over and help.. I
only spray the bottom and the drive train and wheels.. let it set for a few
minutes, then rinse it off with clear water..I do the wax thing as a
    precaution, only..

Then too.. I doubt if I clean the old Green One as often as you clean
    yours..LOL It shows .. too..
