Another Chimay thread...

.... cos we haven't had one for at least two weeks.

Who's planning on staying until the Tuesday morning?

We need to work out whether we leave on Monday or Tuesday, so we can
plan and book the next campsite on two-week tour of France.

Don't worry, I'm going camping with Mrs Eddie, so no doubt it'll piss it
down for the entire fortnight. I'm sure she's jinxed.

 

Looks like I can't make it now. Bugger.

However, I am going to Spa the weekend after next.

 

Not me, I'll be on a train home shortly after monday lunchtime.

 

We're leaving sometime on the Monday unless the racing's really good
or I'm really pissed in which case we'll be leaving on the Tuesday.

Monday's the plan though because we've sort of got the week organised.

That's what we're trying to do...

 

I am booked onto the Monday evening train 18:20 from memory which
gives the morning to recover from any excesses.

 

Do I recall correctly that Adie said you were thinking of popping down
our way afterwards?

that is the plan but regardless of what he said up there ^^^ we've
discussed but didn't actually decide on which of the options.

could be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday depending if we go to
Germany or Italy or just stay around the area.

Holiday time is all to ****. Only time we can get away is a week from 11
July, or thereabouts.

Of course, if nothing comes up then (late bargains, I mean), then we'll

Go for it! one of the best events I've been to. Just get a decent
inflatable mattress. With luck we shall have a FOAD bonfire.

 

Well I'm currently a bit shaky on it but could be persuaded. Basically,
ride down to your gaff, watch the weather.

Sun = tunnel
Rain = pub

Need to find out where the furriners got all their wood supplies in
Chimay though.

Absolutely.

We've got a bit of a plan and we'll obviously be sorting it out with
yourself and Judith prior to the event but beers and food will be
involved.
