    I am to be a grandad(ish).

My middle daughter Jessica[1] is 12 weeks up the duff. I hope it's a
big one because it's going to be full on comedy seeing her full-term as
    she's only 4ft 11 tall

    [1] My ex-nearly-step-daughter... it's a boring story

Many congrats. There must be something in the water as we learnt
yesterday we are to become first time grandparents too, isn't it just
    the most FUCKING brilliant feeling.

your footnote caused me to pause at this point which caused something of a
boggle for a couple of seconds.

  7. I know that but these still in the packaging grandparents don't have clue,
I just thought I would start the process by breaking them in gently.

I like having a grandaughter because when she's on form she's great and
when she's not she goes home to her mother.

I feel sorry for you because you're either missing out big style or
you're so fucked in the head you want to take something from the
    anticipation for others.

I'm excited about seeing her through the pregnancy, but she can ****
right off if she expects me to babysit the little screaming, puking,
    shit-making machine.

I inherited Jess with her brother and sister after their dad died when
Dan was 4 months old. I was living with their mum for 7 years from when
Dan was 13 months and they all grew up with me as their dad, and I've
been there for them ever since even after I moved out of the family
home. Dan and Gina can't remember their real father so they look on me
as their absent dad and I treat them as my own.

    That explain it for you?

If I ever reached a point where I needed you to feel sorry for me I'd
be using a blade on my wrists.

  15. I seemed to have more success convincing them that they were utterly
beautiful at those times than I remembered having with their mother.

    AOL to that.

Thanks for the gentle awakening, but I don't give a ****. Maybe when
the novelty wears off I'll feel differently but until then I shall
    fully enjoy the expectation.

  20. Of course not and for that you should feel sorry for him. I won't but you
    should.
