I remember working for a certain children's charity on the phones where
some callers would be wanking at the other end. It didn't make any
difference as to who answered the phone (male or female), but these
callers would still try to get their rocks off.

How the **** do you know I'm not black? Just because someone is non-white,

got with the charity, the quicker one would figure it out). Said
charity considered it an illness though, so hanging up on these people
was still supposed to be delicately handled.
