and we thought drivers were distracted now!

    Talking about a new BMW:

'At the heart of the matter is a central knob which controls everything
from the radio to the air-conditioning.

Usually simple functions require up to seven twists, turns or clicks of
the computer-mouse-like dial and require the driver to follow the moves
    on a TV screen.'

'After trying in vain to set a radio station on the complex iDrive
system - while the car was parked - Mr Gibson said: "I couldn't imagine
doing this while driving. I think it's a terrible distraction. If [car
makers] are going to produce this sort of technology with this sort of
[operating system] it should be easier."'

I think Apple should sue BMW for calling it iDrive. Although it does
    only have one button....

Mr Gibson should be told that setting radio stations on car radios is
usually done only once when you buy the car and whilst you are stationary.
He doesn't seem to be very bright.

He clearly has a problem with computers

"Project Gotham Racing 2" was officially released today, and brings gamers
more circuit-based racing for single-player, offline multiplayer or online
multiplayer action. PGR2's "highly detailed city environments" include
worldwide locations such as Yokohama, Washington and Sydney.

An Aussie Labor MP, Paul Gibson, objects to the Sydney-based automobile
lunacy, saying "This game sends the wrong message to young people. It is
actually glorifying speed and power," Mr Gibson said. "It is clearly an
inappropriate depiction of speed behaviour. If I had my way I would ban it."

What is it with these wowsers who think the average person has trouble
distinguishing the difference between reality and a computer game. Everyone
knows its not video game playing car drivers who we need to be be protected
from, it's war game playing military types who have trouble with reality
    concepts.

Well speaking about bright when you have a BMW you might like to travel
long distances and its amazing how your reception goes out the window
so you may then need to retune

It sounds like "I crash" would be more appropriate!
