what a truckload of old tripe. security is about protecting people from
other people actively trying to attack or violate them. this foot and
mouth thing is about people not following basic health and safety
procedures.

 

I saw that one yesterday - fairly wound me up.

 

It used to be called 'bio-containment'..

But I guess they get more funding by tacking on the S word.
