No, I'm spending Christmas Day on a plane mostly, going to sunnier
    climes[1].

[1] Unfortunately no warmer, and it looks like it'll be raining as
well. So much for going out to the desert then.

I thought all flights were of on Christmas days?
Well anyway, it will be nice to catch up with the backlog as and when!

Probably because it was staffed by people who all wished that cunts like
you would pick any other day to fly.

On which note, I see that Marks & Spencer are starting their sale at 7am
on Boxing Day (thereby fucking up Christmas Day for all those staff who
will be to be up at 5 to be at work).

What do you want to bet that there will be queues of sad cunts waiting
    at the doors? Arseholes.

Oh definitely. Personally i'd be happy if places shut for the 25th
and didn't open again until the 2nd. In fact I'd love it.

By the looks of the trolleys and their push-and-pullers over the last
few days, I thought the supermarkets would be doing just that.

This shutdown - would you include pubs, clubs, restaurants and offies
    in that?

I doubt anybody will be forced to work the bank holiday at M&S.
Why? You live in an area populated by large numbers of people with a
different culture. They don't want to have time off work now as they
celebrate at other times of the year. If they can open tomorrow and make a
    profit good luck to them.

M&S employ thousands of staff. I bet many of them are Asians who will
prefer to take time off for Diwali or the Chinese NY and cream in the
    overtime on boxing day.
