Bloody good idea. I'm intending to go down that way as a holiday after this
job. Where are you again? Any one else up to visit Paul "Paul Carmichael"
    Carmichael?

    You got a pool right?

gixxer. <ponders> Bearnest to Holyhead and Pixiegarage to Stranraer no
problemo. No doubt Ace has been faaaaaar further in a day on his...

I'll get down off my fruitbox and ferk off back to .classic again now.

You're not far off my height and build, maybe a bit broader. I reckon
    you'd like the Gixxer.

I'm already starting to wonder why I ever questioned its inclusion in the
list. I remember it seemed a bit of a barge compared to the others, hence
concerns about moving it around, but I'm hoping it's ok. I'm getting a
pretty good price on a trade in apparently (waits until he sees the greens).

    I listened, I bought.

On the other hand, I accept that no full-on sportsbike is ever going
to be perfectly comfortable so I just live with it because that's the
type of bike I want to ride.

And it's a bugger not being able to ride at the moment. My knee is
that bad that I couldn't take the weight of the bike on that side if I
had to put that foot down and would probably drop it. Still, another
few days of drugs and it should be ok.

  14. You mean you haven't?

I'm in Fuente de Piedra. It's on the motorway between Granada and
Sevilla. 10 hours from Bilbao or 45 minutes from Malaga. Your choice.
Incidentally, at the moment it's far too hot to be wearing leathers. My
bike's going nowhere. Well except en el pueblo, no need for crash hats
    and all that malarky.

Oh, and I've been in the pool most of today (after the pub, obviously).

Most likely it will be shortly after the 16th July-ish for me.

  17. Ah well, enjoy. I'll be in Blighty then. I have to go to England around
the 10th July. I have some houses and motorcycles to sell. Oh, and a
car. Anyone want to buy a 6 year old Renault Laguna? The steering
wheel's on the wrong side for here.

    Paul Carmichael, Jun 4, 2004
  18. Hadn't planned on it. That's a hell of a distance from here. Could
always fly up I suppose. I went to Jerez in the rain, but I wouldn't
want to attempt wearing leathers now. Tooooo hot man. Demasiado calor
    hombre.
