    Been running it for years in many vehicles. Currently in a GL-1800

    Here's why;
    I was using it in a 2.8 ltr V-6 up in Lake Tahoe because of cold
    weather. Wife's car. she overheated it and blew the head gasket but
    didn't notice the problem. Drove for over 200 miles with water in the
    oil. This should have toasted the engine but didn't. Fixed the head
    gasket, flushed the engine and re-filled with Amzoil. Still running to
    this day.
    Dino oil would not have saved that engine..

    Don't count on it. I've seen lots of engines run with coolant in the
    oil and live a long longer than you can imagine. Synthetics have a lot
    of advantages and I've used them for 25 years, but this isn't one of them.
