AMA / NASCAR

Anyone heard any more about the nascar take-over of AMA racing?....
I'm concerned they [nascar] will screw it up !....they've ruined
they're own series.
Spec this & spec that,..winy-baby drivers, & moving more & more out
west.

I go to Mid-Ohio every year,don't want to lose that,..& I was
surprised to see no Duquoin on the flat track schedule this year. Glad
to see Indy back !!....but don't want to sacrifice one for another.

From my position here on the other side of the atlantic, it seems to
be a complete and total **** up, and I've not been able to even come
close to understanding what's going on. Last I heard, the bike
manufacturers were trying to get up their own series.

Mark and Tom will be along shortly to give their almost completely
opposite views on events, and then to knock lumps out of each other.

 

Nah, I'm pretty much done with that loser, trying to talk to him is
like trying to convert a McCain luvr (a lost cause) and I have much
better things to do with what little time I have here, though make no
mistake, I'm not about to let him spread more of his Japcentric
bullshit unchallenged..

On another and more OT note, have you heard anything about Spies and
Yamaha in WSB? Would that be Haga's, or Corser's ride? By the way, I
saw a little of the Vallelunga race and Ole Nitro-Nori was lookin'
pretty strong, but WTF happened to Max and that Songfulla(?) dude? That
looked awful, I hope they're both okay and speakin' of ok, how are you
comin' along? I hope you're out of the F'ing chair by now...

 

Then again, most times (like this one) I don't even have to bother, as
he openly displays almost everything shitty this country, or what is
left of it now that his boys have completely ravaged it, has to offer,
though it does give a glimpse into what a racist/facist thinks, that
is, very fukin little...

 

Nobody knows for sure. No official announcement yet.

 

There may be some announcements at Laguna Seca this weekend.

 

That was an intersting article I saw re: Spies to Yami. I've seen some
mention of Haga to Duc...I don't recall where.
I want to see Spies in MotoGP, not SBK. Is it still Corser and Xauss to BMW?

Just my opinion.

I think Ben deserves a (decent) shot in MGP too. ISTR something about
Xaus and Beemer, but Corser I dunno..

As an ex-Mille owner I've been watching the Aprilia thing pretty close
and anticipate a strong opening for them. I dunno what Beemer has, but
that V-4 ought to be ba, ba, bad to the bone...

Being an idiot, or a moron is one thing and even though his elitist
arrogance, as well as his cavalier attitude towards life and limb I
personally find distasteful, it's really just his business, but I'll be
dammed if I will lend credibility, or legitimacy to a racist fool by
responding to him any further, as all it really does is give a soapbox
to a coward and make no mistake, anyone who uses(among others) racial
slurs (N, S & F) so freely in a eforum while hiding behind a keyboard
is a low-life coward and little more...

I should have provided an update - I got out of the wheelchair and
onto crutches at the end of July. And xray at the beginning of
September showed that the broken femur still wasn't mending, so I've
just been into a hospital for a bone graft and other associated stuff.

er, I'm no supporter of Mark, but even I know he was being satirical
here.

 

And if it's possible that made it even worse! There's never an excuse
to slur someone's ethnicity, and the fact I had to point that out to
you may be a cause for some introspection. Mark, among other things, is
a racist and while you may not care to see it, it's painfully obvious
to many over here. It's like this Neal, people who like to look down
their noses and seriously believe their thinking more evolved, or
better than others, very seldom, if ever are able to stop at just one
issue. I could go on with many examples he's offered over the years,
but I find language like that used in an e-forum extremely cowardly and
it's simply not worth giving those kind of folks a stage, but that's
just me...

 

Bone graft? Thankfully I never had to have any, but I gotta tell ya',
it sounds painful just saying it. Take care...
