    Agree entirely. Almost all the hassle I've had on Ebay has been from
    wanker buyers who don't actually buy.

    Although of course you can NPB that sort. But the "never got here" scam has
    indeed happened... and eBay are notorious for ignoring it.

    ISTR that they'll only accept SD as a proof of posting, too. Mind, proof of
    posting is not proof of delivery, but "signed for" is.
