Commie miserations. As I've mentioned recently, UCL appeared to
me to have gone beyond their obligations when my contract expired.

I trust from your wording that this is cumulative? I.e. they
have to go more than a year without making _anyone_ "in a similar role"
redundant before they can revert to the stautory minimum. Unless someone
breaks the chain by taking the minimum rather than the extra...
