I've got a great new stick on lens[1] for my specs which helps me to do
that.

[1] Makes me look like the spaz kid with the milky lens in his NHS specs
that every infant school class had.

I don't care what it looks like, it's stopped my double vision and I can
see things in 3D again. It's like a whole new world for me.

And remember that they also make a lot of goods for supermarket
own-brands. There's no obvious way of telling who makes own-brand stuff.
