I think it's rather funny so far.

 

It was admittedly 1am at the Reading festival, but when I saw it I
laughed my arse off.

 

WTF is "year 10" ?

In every school I went to we had 1st years, second years, etc.. reset
to 0 on moving schools.

They shouldn't be allowed to carry forward previous totals, that's just
wrong and confusing... not to mention the whole 6th form issue...

 

It's only confusing to older people without kids.

Besides it's the American way, so it must be better.

 

4th Form

 

The idea is that schooling is seen as a whole, not discrete parts.

It's really not tricky.

 

I'm sure it's not, I'm just old fashioned and found the old system made
sense to me.
