Slime ball. Alcohol Breath Testers should be banned, because it will make it
harder to get drunk drivers off the road(they will be just under the drink
    drive limit).

Speedometers should be banned, because it will make it harder to get
speeding drivers off the road (they will be just under the speed limit).

You are missing the point. Small amounts of alcohol do effect your judgement
& if people have them breath testers, it will encourage them to drink
more(it will make them more dangerous on the road).

Small amounts of UJM do affect your judgement.

Those Japs are fiendishly clever , sell you a brand new machine and then
force you to speed until you lose your license so that all you can
afford to ride is a CG125.

I was alright with the Germans, nice functional bikes that go round
    corners well.

I guess american machines would be alright too because you'd be too busy
polishing them and trying to find the parts that have vibrated off.

Italian would probably be safe too (only in his country because of the
damp) with the electrics cutting out to prevent any dangerous speeding.

Don't know about British though I have heard they can affect your
    judgement more than a UJM.
