Bill,Using the wifes computer, says... I bought a 10 year old R1100RS a year or so ago, and it has a Datatool series 2 alarm immobiliser fitted, but no paperwork. I found out how to switch it on and off, and it seemed to function OK. Recently it stopped flashing the indicators, so I assumed I'd got a problem, and tried to investigate. I replaced a 9v battery inside that was down to 3v. but It goes off as soon as I turn the isolator key back on, I've tried all sorts, but I've had to leave it turned off now. I've mailed Datatool from their website several times, but to no avail. I've been informed by a mate that they have been taken over. Do any of you have the same system, or know of someone who does? I'd like to get hold of a copy of the user instructions, and will pay for copying and postage. Cheers, Bill [email][/email]
