Ah well, so much for Blighty then.

  1. I've really enjoyed my time here in your lovely country. Well, the sex was
good anyway. Oh, and the beer.

Me and moi boik's orf back to sunnier climes tomorrow. Feel free to pop in
if you're passing Fuente de Piedra. I'll be having a party to celebrate the
completion of my pool and patio. Maybe in 4-6 weeks. Bring yer swimming
    skunks. The beer's on me.

    Hasta luego, mis amigos.

Huh, we didn't see the sun once in a week anywhere between Malaga and
    Morocco.
Costa del Sol is shite and full of the lower echelons of English life.

  11. Malaga. About an hour's drive. Or there's a bus that takes 2 hours.

  12. Don't think so. It's cost me about 15 grand. I'd get about 15 hundred for
it. If I go to live in Spain, I'll take it with me. Quite a few good tracks
    in Spain.

However, I am selling the RGV.

No good for me, I'd want something road legal.

  15. I flew from Malaga to Luton last week for 30 quid including tax. Don't
assume queasyjet are the cheapest. Monarch are usually cheaper, and you get
an allocated seat, a meal and a copy of The Times. Oh, and free booze of
    course. No good without that.

  16. Well, the VTR isn't exactly road legal, so that would have been no good.
You've already got a road bike, why another?

  18. Next week I'll be on dial-up, so not checking here much. I'm sure you'll
find a way of getting through. Lots of folks around here have my working
    email addy and mobile number.

Interesting - I guess it depends on the route. Stelios is definitely
by far the cheapest for flights to Belfast, if you book reasonably far
in advance (I'm going the weekend after next for 36 quid return
    including taxes, with sensible times).

Well, because most of the riding I do would be on the road, and even if
doing track days I'd generally ride there.
