As it was warm, if breezy, up here in the Marches a chap threw himself at
    N. Wales this afternoon. From Oswestry swift[1]run through lightish traffic
on the A5 to Bala then over the tops and to Lake Vyrnwy then back through
the twisties towards Welshpool and home. Slight rain shower at one point,
by the time I thought about erecting the 'barn door' it was receding
    reasonably quickly.
So, into Oswestry, where I decided to call in at a relatively new wine shop
that had been visited but once. To my great joy the beer department has been
    enlarged and stocked eclectically.
    For my delectation they had
Kelpie A seaweed flavoured beer - not unpleasant
    Heather Beer - Fragrant
Honey Beer - Brewed just up the road in Wem
But also Chimay triple and rouge
Cherry and Raspberry Beer by Liefmans
    Hoegaarden
    and several others what I didn't buy[2].
Chaps is quite mellow, a ce moment.

You're my best friends you are.

Is that a new brewery or the old Wem brewery reopened ?

It used to brew really good beer 25 years ago ...

It's an old diesel - they all do that Sir. Actually, IME they tend to do it
the other way round, solenoid won't open, normally on a cold, frosty early
    start morning. Bastards.
