Given the shit she's gone through with her leg (& still is aiui), I can
fully understand how her threshold for such things may have reduced.

You'll be fined £55 for not informing them of the new registered keeper.
This is after the new keeper has paid the £25 fee for a lost or stolen
    registration certificate.

So if he is going to apply for a new one, you as the the previous keeper
should at least write a letter to DVLA to say that the document has been
lost and this is the new keeper. I'd probably get proof of posting into
the bargain, although the fine is only £35 if paid promptly.

Copies are held at all six Clique Field Offices.

    There really is no excuse.

  4. Fraid not mate, the only thing you are right about is the start and end of
that sentence. The bit in the middle, what you missed, that goes
something like and starts immediately after your name, ", he thinks he is
    but actually isn't," says so.

It is a cry I keep yelling but it is the truth that when people start to
study sociologically they can't help but get a Damascene Revelation.
Sometimes they get a good one and sometimes it is a bad trip. In her case
it fucked her head up entirely and nobody[1] could have seen it coming.

[1] I have sat round the embers of a camp fire both physical and
metaphorical with her and shared a bottle. I am fairly confident I knew
the basic person who I was rambling at and it was nothing like the burd
who posted recently using her name.

  5. It is far from being a Universal Truth I grant you but I am sure there are
some examples. No doubt even Hitler's mum was heard to say, "he is really
    a good boy at heart."

No, you're way off the mark there. Having done a few overnights at his
place in Watford, the only drink he got outside of in the mornings was
coffe: strong, black, filter coffee. Ditto the several weeks he spent
with us, four nights a week - and during that time he was never pissed,
nor drank more than a couple of beers or half a bottle of wine of an
    evening.

No self-respecting alky could do that, even if they wanted to - and I've
had experience of a couple of them, before you jibe.

  11. I bow to your superior knowledge but that is not the impression I got. I
seem to recall him mentioning pissing a house down the drain.

  13. Last couple of years. Reading books from an approved list and writing 4
page essays, with attributions, that show how clever you are at pretending
to be devil's advocate when you ain't and shit, the whole bit. She got a
certificate for it and everything she did.

The simple solution to that would be for you to refrain from doling out
the ammunition in the first place.

    My point exactly I think.

    You reckon?

I mean, I've not downed a bottle in one, but I have demolished one over
the course of an hour or so. And half a bottle is a mere snifter.

Like the **** i will, he's a two faced liar that cant take it yet loves to
    give it.

There's a few on here know why i think it too.

He would think twice (and hasnt) about slagging anyone off, not just me.

I offered the dove of peace & all i got was abuse & vitriol for something he
    started, so **** him.

I believe he's referring to your use of a lowercase 'd' to sign your posts.
