I'm test-riding a Pan next Saturday. The price is good (4000) and it's
from Fowler's so I'm reasonably confident it will be in good shape.
Any advice on what to check? It's S reg, 53.000miles, ABS.

The salesman was also pushing RAC cover for, effectively, an extended
warranty. He claimed it was a real improvement over the Sale of Goods
Act but I remain unconvinced. Anybody had experience with it?

Don't forget the official Honda 'pipe & slippers' in the cubby hole
    under the seat!

Not to mention the designed-in rust trap on the exhausts, right next
to the ring at the end of the cans which locates into the collector
    box.
