Advanced Rider Training

    Just googled to see who offers advanced training in the Havering area.
    Tere seem to be a number of options who reccomends what?

    If you're happy to travel a bit further I'd recommend Rapid Training
    (www.rapidtraining.co.uk). They are all police or ex-police instructors
    and from my experience, excellent. They're dotted around the country so
    check out http://www.rapidtraining.co.uk/n/where.htm to find out where
    the nearest instructor is.

    Likewise for Rapid Training - they're very good indeed. Did a day with them
    about 10 years ago (jeeze!) and it was excellent.

    Failing that, there's also Bikesafe, which isn't too bad (and cheap).
    Haven't read rest of thread, so someone's probably suggested it.
