My name is Scott, and I have just put together a free service that
might be of interest to some of the users on this forum or NG.

Please do not consider this as SPAM or UCE, this is an honest endeavor
to offer a free service to this specific community to better serve
anyone interested.

We are deeply committed to adhering to industry netiquette standards
and feel that since this is not commercial in any way and is of
legitimate and valid service to those in this particular community,
please considered it as strictly a service announcement.

It is an online motorcycle classifieds site. It is free, so please do
not assume this is for commercial gain or interest. It was created
out of a specific need that I (and others) felt was lacking in the
online motorcycle community. Being a rider myself and also involved
in the sales of multiple bikes and related equipment, I felt that the
current means of doing business were not geared to the better interest
of those participating. Popular trader sites being too expensive for
what they are offering, and Ebay being too expensive as well for such
a short period of time. Both of these were not geared as well as I
thought they could have been. If you sell many items (parts and
accessories) as well as many bikes, this can get expensive.

I felt it didn't have to be this way. What better way could there be
than free and geared perfectly for its intended purpose?

I clearly envisioned a better service:

- NO banner advertising
- Extremely simple and intuitive user interface with smooth
ergonomics
- Extremely granular search results (the best I've seen)
- Unlimited description area with uploading of multiple images
- A fast and responsive server to get and do what you need
- A forum for selling many parts, accessories and gear as well
- Cross browser compatible
- Most importantly: FREE!

Please consider checking out our service, it is brand new so there are
currently no ads as of yet. But we will be going to great lengths to
make this site known and be of value to the community.

We have also done extensive testing and will be continuing do more
with public interaction. We need your help.

We are able to do this because in addition to being riders and
enthusiasts we are also software developers with access to the
knowledge and resources that will be able to bring this type of
service to the public at no (or very little) cost.

If you feel that this post was unwarranted or is in violation to
proper netiquette, please let us know and perhaps let us know a better
way to make the service available and know to the public without
compromising the rules and expectations of this forum or NG.
