From 13/9 they have motorbike gear....the prices look good but no idea about
    the quality

I need boots and at $69 they seem ok

btw: Torque seems to be the brand

The tankbags were rumoured to be of reasonable quality last time. I
could use some new boots, so I'll have a look.

Get there early. There are usually few sizes, and what there is is
snapped up quickly and appears on ebay a week or two later at double
    the price.

I've been using a pair for over a year now, not bad, especially at the
price. Maybe a touch warm, but thicker (more absorbent) socks help.

Yikes! I know some guys have trouble with anatomy, but that's the
    worst case I've heard.

I have heard that applies to mist Aldi specials. Be prepared to get physical
and dont let the women trample you to death.

Around here, if you mention the word "clothing" in your garage sale ad
you'll get a horde of people on your doorstep at 6am attempting to
haggle you down to $1 per boxful so that they can sell it on at the
    Sunday car-boot-sale markets.

Fair enough I guess, but it's a little irritating because they're
usually much more experienced hagglers than me. :-/

Shit! I forgot all about this, and now it's too late becuase I'm
    already at work.

Oh well, they were probably rubbish anyway.

Just picked up 2 pairs plus some gloves and socks. Slight problem with size
as 8's are a fraction tight and 9's a bit sloppy so got one of each. Maybe
the 8's will stretch and on hot days when your feet expand 9's will be the
    go

Put it this way, my old boots cost nearly 3 times as much a long time ago
but the quality was no better then these.

Was riding with someone last week who bought a pair of Aldi boots as a
cheap set for a trip we went on but after a couple of days riding
(through all sorts of weather) had decided to retire his expensive boots
and use his Aldi boots full time.
