Great job Jules, i go to Adelaide around a dozen times a year but never via the GOR, thanks for the expose Mt.Gambier brings back memories, use to meet my girlfriend there (half way point between the 2 great states, a very interesting place) You never took any photos of the quality females in S/Aust. ? Why ? Wow you did all that road alone on the Prilia well done ,Aprilia SpA could be interested in your trip ? CDIHL (aka Gibberish)
So.. did you walk into the bottle shop with a pack of Winnie Reds rolled up in your shirt sleeve? Nev.. '03 ZX12R '02 CBR1100XX
Well done numbnuts you learned something More like she was so butt ugly you didn't want to be seen with her in a populated place. Yer he did it on a BIKE! Unlike you who is too chickenshit to get on one.
You never took any photos of the quality females in S/Aust. ? Why ? Well actually I did. See pic on board rival houseboat. Overall, though, I don't think they're any better than here. Yeah, didn't even break down, either. First bike I've ever felt the need to get RACV cover, though ;-)
Perhaps he doesn't go to brothels? -- Conehead "A fellow i see at the auction yards every one and a while has just designed a real smart safety device (he won't be sell then at auction-yards he is negotiation with the big "houses" read AutoBarn/Repco/K-Mart/SuperCheapAuto etc etc to sell them excl. for him)." Hatz, in aus.cars, in gibberish mode
(BT Humble) wrote in Thanks for posting those up Jules. Quite enjoyable. This habit you lot have of posting up ride reports and photos is a good one methinks. Right after I deal with the "getting a bike" issue, methinks I'll be dragging the trusty digicam out for a similar effort. I'd *really* like one of those brackets for mounting the camera on the top of the tank, but first I need to deal with the mental issues associated with riding around with a camera/lense combination that cost twice as much as the bike hanging up there! :-/ On this particular one... http://jules.com.au/gallery/adelaide/DCP_2322 I was in Adelaide in late September, and those big shiny balls were there then. I gather that's a bit early for Christmas decorations, so they're probably permanent. They were nice and shiny then too, I guess Adelaidians like to polish their balls hard, and often. G
