In Dallas, a Pizza Place is accepting Mexican Money, called pesos, from
folks who happen to have the pesos?
The reason he said was, that 60% of his customers are hispanic.
But, people are protesting that he should quit, because that means
    catering to illegals!
The business has received death threats.
It is not like the pizza place, called ''Pizza Patron''a franchise
    store, will only take pesos.
    They take US money too!
But yet, folks around that area, are upset, and have threatened the
    store with violence.
I don't get it, do yall?

I've got about three hundred dollars worth of pesos that were left over
from my last trip to Mexico.. I'm damned sure not illegal and I might
want to pay for my pizza with them.. That would be up to me and the
guy that owns the pizza joint, if he wants to sell me that pizza for pesos..

Reminds me of the time my partner and me sold a garbage truck to a
small town in Mexico.. They paid for the truck in pesos when we delivered
it to them.. My partner got all excited about accepting pesos .. I told him
that I didn't care if they paid for that truck in peanut hulls, if there
    were
enough of them to make up the amount that we were asking.. Sheesh..

Bill, can one ''bank'' pesos? I am ignorant about this(!)
    How does that work?
Sold a garbage truck, wow, what type bis'nez were you and your partner
    in?
Could this be a dumb redneck question?

I bet you simply save your balance of pesos, since you go to Mexico a
    coupla times a year.

Back in those days, I was in the "smuggling bid'ness".. lol.. That was
    before
NAFTA and I sold a lot of stuff in Mexico that wasn't readily available to
    them.
TV's.. cars.. pickups, etc. That garbage truck was one of the retired
    models
that some outfit had stockpiled in Arizona.. hehehe.. It was well used but
    still
serviceable. A city official who is a friend of mine asked me if I could get
    one
for them, and I did.. hmmm.. Made a lot of money on that deal, too..
Sure.. I'll use those pesos sooner or later..

There are quite alot of businesses who have been accepting pesos to pay
for services/merchandise. Most are located off Maple in Dallas. There
are grocery stores, restaurants, auto service places and so on.

What's different about this is it's a larger chain and stupid rednecks
are complaining about something that doesn't involved them anyway. Most
(if not all) of those stupid rednecks have never heard of the place and
haven't done any business with them. But, that doesn't keep the stupid
    ass rednecks from complaining anyway...

The International Currency Exchange will accept pesos, yen or any other
legal currency.. You can be sure that the businesses who are doing this
are not giving the international rate of exchange for the pesos, but are
    mak-
ing a premium when they exchange them at one of the Exchange banks..

Kinda like buying and selling stock but it is currency that is being bought
    and sold..

Bjay to explain this to you, I say this:

(if not all) of those stupid rednecks have never heard of the place and

''Brian, I resemble that clause above''.
    I'm serious.
