A trip...... abroad?

haven't worked that out yet. but I need a holiday, or at least the
thought of a holiday to look forwARD TO.

if it gets hot I'll drink lots of water.

Well, if anyone wanders as far south as me, they can have a dip in the
pool (as long as they don't piss in it), but I'll be fucked if I'm
laying on food and drinks. Plenty of local bars can do that much better
than me.

I do have a spare room, but only for clean people.

Oh Rob, when are you thinking of doing this? I ask because (as I may
have said before) there's talk of a heat wave fairly soon. Not ideal for
riding bikes.

We get no rain in summer or autumn. But if you want to ride in the
mountains, you may have to put up with rain. I know some beautiful roads
(I may have mentioned the road between here and Jerez), but its in the
nature of mountains to precipitate precipitation now and again. Also, we
tend to get micro-climates. Again, mix mountain ranges and plains and
you're going to get big variations in local weather.

We had a *spectacular* thunderstorm last night. Y'all might see some
pictures soon. But as for rain, there was more saharan sand than water.

Oh, and Bear, if you're planning on calling, I've got August off.
