A tough choice to make...

Discussion in 'Texas Bikers' started by William B. Cattell, Feb 7, 2008.

  1. Talking to a couple area Dodge dealers about the 2008 Challenger. The
price is right, the car has balls bigger than Brian's (GRIN) and is
prettier than the babes at Twin Peaks.

Priced out the way I want it is around 42K. This is where the wife steps
in and says "You get the car, the bike has to go, we can't afford both".

Bummer about it is I know she's right. Hmmm, I MAY have to make a
    decision soon.

    Check out the Challengers at;

I'm opting for the black and a power sunroof. (drool, lick, drool)

42K isn't going to be enough...to make it 1971 again.

Hold out for the 2010 Ford Lightning; something you can get in and out of,
    haul hay, and haul ass.

Please be sure and order the "satin silver lock knobs"
also. You'll certainly be glad you did !

Maybe the "180-mph primary speedometer" also.

Uh, when you sell the RK for the car and find out you can't ride the
car with us, I've got a perfectly good VT1100 sitting in my
garage...I'll even wash it for you! :)

I'd loan you the Hurricane, but it's going to be a "theme
bike"...something I picked up from OCC this week.

Wow what a nice car it reminds me of when I was in school. Me and my wife
both say GET THE CAR hold off on selling the bike and see if you can work
things out before you sell it. If you can't just look for a older bike till
you can to keep your self on two wheels.

Whats the theme? I bet I have a better theme for it...Make it look
like a Arkansas State Troopers bike and you can slip right on thru
    Arkansas without being noticed.
