I must admit, ~£10m is a bit on the high side for a 1998 CBR600.

That'll be the scam-busters at work. Zero feedback seller plus very few
details about the bike (most of which are wrong) = the new 419. I bet if
you ask to view it, you'll have to deposit a large sum into a PayPal
account first, which you'll never see again. You won't see the bike
either as it won't exist. The scam-busters push the price up to absurd
levels to stop people being taken in by it until Ebay finish
    investigating & pull the auction.

I emailed this guy, he said:
"i have sent you 3 pics with the bike.
You will have to send the money by WESTERN UNION at this full name and
    address:
    First Name:Jaques
    Last Name:Duprin
    address:24 place grandier
    city:paris
    Zip Code:75000
    Country:France
The bike will arrive at your door with all the documents.
When you will e-mail me the payment details please e-mail me your exactly
shipping details so i can ship the bike. The shipping will be made by
FEDEX and the bike will arrive at your door in max 48 hours..I will pay
    the shipping taxes,
    Kindly Regards"

He sent me 3 pics which suggested a USA location (had a stars and stripes
    chopper in one pic).
I am considering my next move; I'm in Holland, he says the bike is in
Paris, so I might ask for a viewing. Paris is only 430km away from me.

Go for it - after all, who would pay the thick end of 10 million quid for a
    bike without viewing it first?

    Well, exactly...
In a previous email he asked me how much I would offer for the bike. He
    says it's a 1998 CBR 600 F3.
I'm thinking of offering about 1500 euros.

    Funny I can't find "24 Place Grandier"....
