To be fair, it's not beige. Otherwise, you're spot on.

BMW bricks ? Oh, yes. I could cope with a good R90/S if someone wanted
to foist one on me though.

  9. It's a fucking horrible colour scheme.

And 3.5k is a bit OTT as well, I think.

One of the bloody leccy windscreen hinges bust on mine today (they all
do that, sir). I simply cba to fix it myself (I know it ought to be
relatively simple) so I'm lobbing it at Brian Giles when he's back from
his hols. And in the meantime riding it with the screen folded down.

Thank God for that. Looks like the painter took revenge on BMW for not
having got a pay rise. Especially the design of the pinstripe lines.
Agree on that. Even my rather battered one looks IMHO better than the
    "rather nice one".

I suspect the "grey" refers to the non-brown bits. It's reminiscent of the
"Clove Brown" colour they used to daub on things like Maestro vans.

    You could be right.

It's still about as tempting as a handful of wasps up the arse, imo.

Possibly. Can you rub Vaseline on wasps?

    You boys!
I didn't give the paint scheme a moment of thought. Not one. I just said
"into Beav as soon as I get it"

and obviously not if it goes near that BIN

"Donkey shit brown" I think is the way Tom Waits would have it.
Except it's a sort of burgundy on my computer.
