A question for the book club

    Ages ago I borrowed a book by, I think, Jeanette Winterson. I quite enjoyed
    it and fancy reading it again, but all I can remember about it is that it
    has a deaf old lady who only ever says, "Very right, very true" and a
    chapter about boys living in the bookshelves in the great library at
    Alexandria.

    So, which book's that then?
