That's the 090s on the smoker sorted then.

Trundled up to Aylesbury (now I remember why I moved out of London in
the first place) and did a FOT, winding up at Fox's. Chicken strips
pretty much gone but all the little bobbles still very much present -
not a combination I've seen before.

There are some very, very, very slow people out there today. I passed
what I can only assume was the Women's Institute Motorcycle Club on the
A329 from Stadhampton to Shillingford. A shameful effort by all
concerned - I've ridden BMXes faster.

Shame it's probably going to piss down from now until Christmas.

I've got that on the Dunlops I fitted just before going to the island
and even though I was shitting myself every corner I came to I managed
    to survive.

The odd thing with the latest generation qualifiers is that the
different compounds are really visible now I've scrubbed them in a bit
and the softest band is only about 1/2" wide and doesn't actually have
any tread on it. The next band is about 1" wide and slightly blue but
still sticking like shit to a blanket...

  3. What time did you get there ol' chap ?

I had a pleasant bimble out ending up there around 3ish - started chatting
    and left just after 5ish.

Got there about 20 minutes after you left, by the sound of it.

I saw MPS/M&P/whoever were having a clearance sale, but was entirely
without luggage so didn't bother looking in.

I've still got tyres for the gixer on my shopping list. Haven't quite
decided which to go for yet - suspect it'll come down to price in the
    end.
