Damn hard work. Taken me about eight years to get to a stage when the
man who leads the local music session reckons I can play it by ear.

Trick is to mix it [very] quietly into what other people are playing,
listen to yourself as well as them, and don't try to play stuff in keys
not on the harmonica - I stick to a G/D. Kevin, the fiddler, trends to
play quite a lot in these, Suspect his main squeeze-box is a C/G, but
should ask. Is, usually, diatonic like a melodeon - in keys [1],
    different notes inhale/exhale.

[1] Not every note in chromatic scale. Means you can't get [probably]
out of key on the instrument itself.

The music from the Bugs Bunny cartoon where they do all the opera stuff, "Oh
no, I killed the wabbit" etc

Dressed in a giant rabbit suit, eating an oversize carrot.

Better still, dress the bike as a rabbit, big ears on the fairing and a
    bobtail on the back.

    I like that idea...

Especially if it's both bikes. Maybe they could get some little flags as
    well?

As others have said there is little to beat a good dose of Wagner but
Rule Britannia should get them taking notice.

  14. Just out of curiosity, were you hoping to get the inane, funny-for-the-
first-100,000-times-it's-told, 'don't mention the war' replies that you in
    fact got ?
