    Some preople just amaze me.

Previous owner spends a bloody fortune on restoring a 400 Four with
all new chrome bits, paint job, stainless bits and loads of shine.

The seat has been recovered with the correct Honda cover BUT no
chrome rivits and no strap FFS.

Shirley eny fule no that the first thing people look at is the seat
and if its not right it ruins the entire bike.

David Silver to the rescue for rivits and strap.

Mine's covered with gaffer tape ATM.

    Looks really techy.

  3. Should have asked me. The twat who 'restored' the one I'm breaking
fitted an OE cover, plus rivets, plus strap - but didn't bother brazing
up the crack in the side of the pan first.

But at least the bodge was not immediately visible.
Kids of today, no pride in their work.
