  2. Hi Rob

Before you are accused of being a spamming git, could you possibly confirm
whether you have any professional affiliation with the magazine you are
encouraging us to subscribe to, are are you merely a highly delighted
    subscribee only?

    Just curious like.

  3. subscribe to it.

I have been riding an assortment of Classic machines now for many years and
have exhibited many of them at Bike shows up and down the country, I ride in
all weathers both for pleasure and for work, using a 1939 WD/CO/B Royal
Enfield as my daily commuter bike.

Over the last year I 've got to meet most of the hard working staff involved
in the magazine, most giving there time and effort free of charge, and have
nothing but admiration for all the work they have done, with every member of
staff being a true Biker in every sense of the word.

At all the shows they appear at as a member you are welcomed and treated
like part of a large family,.

I had no intention of using this as a SPAM, that was furthest from my
thoughts, it's just nice to see a group of like minded people get together
and have fun, no mater what you ride.

I'm sorry for any upset I may have caused it's just I think they deserve 10
out of 10 for what they have achieved, just check out the web site.

    Happy biking

    Rob

It's not that different to the posh classic rags in terms of journalistic
quality, although it appears to be mostly printed on seconds of Izal
    Medicated...[0]

Mr Z750[1] doesn't seem to be aware that it has been mentioned here before,
and some here are already subscribers, and we've had the occasional post
from members of the editorial team. And his enthusiasm for it comes across
as spam, which doesn't help as much as it might.

    [0]Yes, I know there's a reason for this.
    [1]I shouldn't, really - he's apparently a decent bloke[2], if a bit easy to
    wind up...
[2]even though he can't molish a reliable sidestand...

I' so sorry you found me and my thoughts as a fellow biker offensive, I do
appologise for trying, what I thought was harmless plug for an honest
    magazine.

So not to cause you anymore inconveniance and upset I will now remove this
subscribed newgroup from my pc and not trouble you any further.

I wish you safe trouble free riding

I have some engine spares for the WD/CO lying around in the shed if you
ever get stuck, they are not rare machines, it is just that nobody will
    admit to owning one!

  8. I didn't find them offensive. You're the one who seems to have taken
    offence.

Oops - sorry. You can't read this, can you?

Not difficult - I remember the time he tried to sell the z750, so I just
stuck in robert taylor z750 in the search box, and it was the first thing
that popped up. Meanwhile, over on the far right, we have:
