A bit big...

  1. ....the Trophy, that is. This one would break your leg if it fell over.
Getting it onto the mainstand has me close to touching cloth, and getting it
off again is a test of nerve as well as sinew. I'm used to flicking the RT
onto the mainstand while still in the saddle.

On the plus side, it accelerates like a BASE-jumping elephant - which it
should do: it's as powerful as the Drifter and the RT together. There's a
little bit of wibbliness which I attribute to the topbox getting blown
about. Some of the luggage may be spending time in the shed.

The buffeting off the screen is on the loud side. I'll have to see if I can
track down a different screen, or find an old one I can experiment on. The
fuel tank is *vast* - holds a couple of litres more than the RT's, but it's
    about twice the size.

This really is a very large motorcycle.

Pies and HGH. In fact HGH pies. That's the answer.

  7. I'm carrying about 20Kg more than necessary around with me. If I get rid of
that, I may be able to sling the Trophy about a bit more deftly.

    Anyway, I don't like pies.

On a separate note I must say I'm impressed by the restraint you've
shown in not telling Dewi where to stick his argument in the thread
"Seller wants bank card details" on upce.

Or perhaps you hadn't noticed it and I've just gone and stirred things.

He's a nutter. And most likely Welsh, to boot.
His quibble - I won't call it an argument - was so spurious that I
didn't think he was worth a response and expected plenty of others to
take his bait: which duly happened. Life's too short ;-)

    Time to work out?
A mouse would hit the ground at the same time as an elephant[1] but
the wind resitance might see the mouse overtake the elephant on the
way down. However, the elephant would make the biggest mess.

    HTH
    Best place for it.
    Is it adjustable?
All motorcycles are very large to me.

    Well done and enjoy.

Not quite, as the wind resistance would work the other way round.
The Elefant, much heavier but roughly spherical in shape and smooth
skin will be falling much faster than the furry mouse, which could
even survive a drop like that.
