Has it been for sale before then? -- Dan L http://thebikeshed.spaces.live.com/ 1996 Kawasaki ZR1100 Zephyr BOTAFOT #140 (KotL 2005/6/7) X-FOT#000 DIAABTCOD #26 BOMB#18 (slow) OMF#11
Ahhh, thought it was my mate Chris - he's got a FS1E with a 400/4 motah fitted. Its a lovely little piece of engineering.
Piccies?, website?. This beast I must see to appreciate. Is it rideable, or 'it moves under its own power but by **** on a stick it is scary'?
Haven't seen him in a while, but a chap I work with is still in contact, I'll see what I can dig up. I remember he had to fit those motorcross tyre retaining bolts as it used to spin the rubber on the rims.
Please do. I like mad projects. Not quite as daft as FS1 chassis/RD or 400/4 motor, I remember seeing a picture of an LC with a Kawasaki 750 triple engine. The owner/builder was Australian, if memory serves. It looked so right it hurt. Does anyone else remember the Motobecane/Mobylette triple featured in ( I think ) PB?. Many moons ago. That was another 'right' spesh. 150cc, 2S triple in a Morini chassis.
