Jackie says... It just happened. One minute I was walking fine, the next I had something moving around where it shouldn't on the inside of my knee. So I have a support on it and goodly anti-inflamatories. I can't bend it enough to ride the bike yet.
Sounds painful. Ok to drive then? I'm sure nurse Elly will look after you. and what of your head, still waiting to be sorted?

Then I sorted out the dodgy connection in the low beam that was bugging me and replaced a tail-light bulb[1]. That's my biking fix for one day. [1] That's a job and a half in itself.
