    G'day all,

The guys off McMod are talking about a 2stroke get together on the 6/7th March,
probably somewhere between Vic and NSW - Snowy Mountains or something like that.

Any interest ? The Leslies, Crazy Cam, Lemmiwinks ? Johnny5 - any of those RGVs
running ? Any one else ?

It's intended to be a 2 stroke "do" but I guess those with lazy engines that
only work half as hard are welcome under sufferance :)

I'd be up for that, riding from Melb. Cant confirm now though, too far
    into the future!

    Cheers,

Should have 1 x 2 stroke up & running by then from this stable

    Although it's a long way on a 125

I'd love too JL, and thanks for the invite, but, *sniff* the RZ has (I
think) ignition coil issues + no rego[1]. If I still had the KH100 it
would be tempting to take that!

Actually, keep me posted anyway. I might borrow my Dads MZ (assuming
he'll lend it to me), I could take the NSR but its the only one in
Australia that hasnt seized yet[1]. If you make it a club event, I can
take the 1954 Puch cause its on historic rego ;-)

I'd be up for that.. now which bike to I wanna get running for the trip?

1984 Suzuki RG250WE (Needs rebuild, new tires, kickstart shaft, RWC) or
1983 Yamaha RZ250 (Needs new frame and front end, engine perfect)

Or do I buy and fix up the 87 RZ500 that's for sale near by...
Hmmn... St. Vincents are already on a first name basis with me :)

Unfortunately the only 2x stroke i've been close to having is the last 4 years is one labelled
"Victa" and is in the posession of my ex flatmates.

Think the RZ500 was only made '84/85 but I stand to be corrected.
Either way, BUY IT!! ;-) Else I might have to sell a kidney and buy it
myself. I know I'm broke, but I can only think of one thing better than
an RZ500, and thats two RZ500s.

Well it's a long way hunched over on a KR1 as well :) I'll let you know if it's
a go-er and see what you reckon.

    Could be an import...
I'm still waiting on the TAC to pay me out for the last screamer on the
RZ250, which currently sits out the back with its front end pushed in. :(

Otherwise... I'd be on the RZ500 right now. Mmmm... V4.
