250 softail frame

I'm looking to buy a good quality but competetively priced softail
frame to start a new project. With so many to choose from I'm looking
for some advice.

I'm not real concerned with the rake or stretch as I could do these
myself but the final product will probably look something like a 250
softail with a single down tube with 3" stretch in backbone, 6" stretch
in downtube and a 49 degree rake (6 degree in the tree). Could
someone who has purchased a frame at a decent price that was satisfied
please point me in the right direction. The cheaper the better but it
would need to work. Could be interested in fenders, tank and oil tank
as well...
