It's time to start the engine rebuild on the B44 and superficial issues
will be the first things to be dealt with.

The first of these is that I have 1 slightly bent cylinder barrel fin.
How do i go about fixing that?

The second is getting the cases nice n clean. Should I do it myself -
if so, what methods have people found good for getting dirty old cases
clean and ready for polishing? If not doing it myself, is there a blast
cleaning method that's suitable? I'm happy doing the final mopping of
cases, but its the shifting of grime on the non-shiny inner cases,
rocker cover and cyl barrel that I'm wondering about.

  2. I gather that putting 'em through the dishwasher works quite well. Not sure
about the effect on marital harmony, though. Luckily, I'm not married.
    Unluckily, I don't have a dishwahser either.
