That'll be ok for now. I'd still use a decent brand like Putoline or
    Silkolene out of preference.

Basically, went on reserve going to Luton on Thursday but only had enough 2
stroke with me to put 2.5 litres of petrol in so was a bit worried I may not
have quite enough to get home.
Hence, found a halfrauds and the only full synthetic 2 stroke they had was
their own brand at £9.99 a litre, (better than the £11 they usually have of
Castrol TTS) In the end I was ok and didnt need it but now have a litre of
the stuff doing nowt (normally use the Putoline TT+)

So does it really matter? surely they all have to meet a minimum standard
and the rest is just packaging, eg. Rock Oil Racing Fully Synthetic is £12 a
    litre ffs!!

    Anyone?

  5. It'll be fine. If you really want to stick with your normal stuff, keep
the Halfords aside for emergency use.

Cant seem to get silkolene round here for some reason, even though theres
less than 15 miles twixt here and there.

Putoline seems the best for availability and is always my preference has to
    be said.
