1997 Suzuki Intruder 800 for 3200$ - should I buy this bike?

Greetings!

I am looking to buy a used bike. A guy has put up his 1997 Suzuki Intruder 800 for sale. He's asking for 3200$. The bike has done 15000 miles and after riding it, I can say that it's in good condition. What do u guys say? Is this a good deal?

I dunno what options or aftermarket parts are on the bike, but
http://www.kbb.com puts trade-in value of the bike at $2255...

I neglected to mention also, that retail on the bike - price that a dealer
would probably try to resell it for - is $3310 - so Most likely he priced
it on the high side, with some room for negotiation. I'd bet that if you
wanted the bike, and were paying with cash, you two could probably come to
an agreement on a number somewhere between the $2255 trade-in and $3310
retail...
