1951 Moto Guzzi carburetor/injection patent.

You'll find drawings and an explanation to how it works – it's
actually quite brilliant made, but there's probably a reason why it
never was used widely.

It was somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember (Jens Lyck)
saying something like:

Complexity, reliability, maintenance, materials, manufacturing, cost.
Too much when a simple carb did the job.
