18000 miles

    Her | down there has just had chain and sprockets done on the VFR
    after 18000 miles, they were knackered, but only just. I've just
    looked at the front tyre, its original, its an 020, it's still good
    for several thousand more - women eh?.

    Not exactly, She is a star tho' - not that quick on the back roads,
    but in town she's a filtering demon; I struggle to keep up sometimes.
    When I see her scythe through the traffic with a rasp of V4 and a toss
    of the pony tail it makes me smile.
