Do any of you have this type of welder in your shop/garage ? What all do you
weld with it ? Also what type of gas do you use, 75/25 ?
    Thanks,

I have a Lincol WeldPak100. I've used it to weld carbon steel, with 75/25,
and aluminum and stainless steel using 100% Argon. Aluminum is a bitch to
get used to, and the lead must be kept as straight as possible. Stainless
was very easy, ran about the same as carbon.

I repaired a primary cover for my Triumph with it, as well as frame repairs,
built a sidecar, oil tank, you name it. As someone else said, you'll have to
watch the duty cycle, especially welding heavy materials.

You need to be sure you have a 20 amp circuit to run it on, no extension
cords, and make sure you have clean materials. Grind the areas to be welded,
don't just trust a wire brush. Make sure that you have a good ground too, or
    you'll have problems.

If you start welding anything structural on a bike, make damn sure you can
trust your life to your welding... You will every time you ride.
