1100 Breva

Not an aus.moto-compliant bike I suspect with lines like "The idea behind
this new models is the desire to win background which once represented
the company's vocation touring, without exaggerated speeds."

(I dunno they were solely about that, over 50 world championships and
    all that...)

Not sure I like the looks, have to see it in the flesh. Those plasticky
things at the front of the tank annoy me for starters. And why a single
    sided swingarm?

IK can rest easy, the exhaust isn't under the seat.

  2. To say nothing about the very first bit of prose which hits you as the page
    opens,
"The wind of the Lake of Como blows ever more impetuously with the Breva
    1100..."
?!? And it ends up being the Japanese copping shit over their awkward use of
English. Which ties in rather nicely with...
Again, ??!!??... when have I ever come out against underseat exhausts? I
think underseat exhausts are the cat's meow, actually... no more paranoia
about squishing your multi-$$$ race exhaust shut when you drop it on the
right hand side or scratching it up against the garage wall when you're
trying to squeeze the bike out past the car... you must be thinking of
Biggus, Jules, or someone else entirely... or you're baiting me, in which
case, kudos to you, kind Sir...

Whaddya mean looks nothing like it ? It looks like an R1150R with the
cylinders folded up 45 degrees (from the side view)

Front and rear are more original but the side via is the spitting
    image of the beemer

It will help if you're heavily pigeon-toed, since the gear-change on the one
I tried is tucked away where normal feet don't go.

I just don't like it anyway.

And I'm keeping an eye on you too big fella. "Ugly cute/reminds me of
    [the R1150R]" indeed.

  12. Well, a BMW is only a Guzzi with saggy tits. This must be a young one.

Worth a look, liked the 750 which I saw first at the Expo and will go for
    a
At least the tank is a good size...a set of panniers and maybe a larger
screen and it should be a nice machine. The line starts here...

I asked the girlfriend if she liked this model and she said Yep! then again
she was also considering getting a scooter as her first bike rather than
something funky like a cagiva mito or aprillia rs ...

I still think my bergundy and grey v11 le mans is a much sexier bike..
