It was parked in front of 140 S. Van Ness in SF. I did not have full coverage, only liability because I have 4 points on my license and it was over $4000 a year. I did not have theft insurance, and I still owe $7000 on this bike. It was also my only means of transportation. I am offering a $1000 reward for the return of the bike.
