*27* missed calls from this lot, who on googling, appear to be canvassers
offering to flog my bike for me. The one I put in MCN 6 weeks ago for a
week, then flogged to a dealer. *And* I reset the missed calls thing on my
    phone about a week ago...

I could make it stop by answering the phone to the fuckers and giving them
what for, but I'm intrigued as to how long they'll keep ringing me for.

Still, the moral of the story is: don't waste any words in your MCN ad copy
by putting "No canvassers" in - they won't pay a blind bit of notice

Aint there some law about phone call harassment?

Maybe - TBH it's not keeping me awake at night, and it's not as frequent as
it was when the bike was in MCN, but I'm amazed at their persistence.

These days I tend to let unfamiliar numbers go to voicemail, and then call
them back - after googling the phone number - helps to weed out unwanted
    recruitment agencies.

Pisses me off no end when they call with a withheld number. I have to
deal with someone who's always a "withheld number", so ignoring isn't
    much of an option.

<thinks> Hmm - maybe it is.

What's that, and how do I get it on a mobile phone?
