    And very useful if you drive on foreign parts. Some European countries have
    rules where you have to have one to hand in case you break down. Also useful
    when cycling in foggy conditions (the high-viz bits) and at night (the
    reflective bits). I prefer the ones that have the reflective stripes over
    the shoulders as well as the ones round the body.
